  • Cultivation Prohibited: We expressly warn that we do not encourage, promote, or induce anyone to cultivate, germinate, or use these seeds in any manner that may be illegal in their jurisdiction.

  • Educational/Informational Content: Any description, allusion to effects, yield, or use of the varieties on our website or marketing material is purely informational and educational, and is intended only for collectors. It should never be interpreted as a recommendation or encouragement for consumption or cultivation.

  • Buyer’s Responsibility: The customer assumes full responsibility for informing themselves of and complying with all local, state, and national laws and regulations applicable to the possession and/or cultivation of cannabis seeds in their country or region.

 

B. Geographic Sales Limitation and Shipping

 

We are committed to operating exclusively within the framework of international legality.

  • Limited Sales: We only sell seeds to customers residing in countries where the possession of cannabis seeds is not a criminal offense (generally recognized under international conventions as collectible items or non-narcotic hemp).

  • Exclusion of Illegal Jurisdictions: We reserve the right to reject any order destined for countries, regions, or states where the possession, transport, or importation of cannabis seeds is expressly prohibited or penalized.

  • Exclusion of Shipping Responsibility: Once the order is handed over to the shipping service (courier, postal service, etc...) our responsibilities cease. We assume no liability for:

  • Refunds Seizures: No refunds will be issued for materials that are seized, confiscated, or destroyed by customs, authorities, or transport services for non-compliance with the local legislation of the destination.
